On 28 January, Kwera hosted the annual Student Climber Award session in Lilongwe. 400 Student Climbers joined from near and far to meet each other and take part in the celebration of classmates’ achievements. Kwera board member and impact investor, Lykke Ogstrup Lunde, gave a speech to the students encouraging them to become self-sustainable. Revisit the speech or read it for the first time here.

As he prepares to accept the AACSB Influential Leader’s 2021 award, EMBA 2013 alumnus Scavenius spoke to IMD about the importance of inoculating our societies against shocks via higher education.

If measured on income per capita, Malawi is not a wealthy country, but the richness lies with its people. This is why not only the warm temperatures have given the African country its nickname "The Warm Heart of Africa".
